Because we question one bad claim, they treat us like trash, dump us like a hot potato, and their local offices treat us like dirt as we try to sort out why we are being dumped. Nope. I will not give this agent a good review. My few phone calls were enough to make me glad we were already in the process of switching to another insurance company. Bad on you, State Farm. Stop cutting corners in your CS departments."
